Alexandria University Online Distance Degree Program serves primarily adult students and many of them are concurrently managing careers, family, and personal lives. These students expect to actively participate and be more self-directed in their education. On-line learning allows them not only to learn and practice a subject which is integral to their educational objectives, but offers them added flexibility and convenience for the completion of their degree program while continuing to manage careers, family, and home life. Where in the past students may have had to "drop out" when employment, travel, family emergencies, or other personal demands interfered, on-line learning can allow them to continue their program without interruption.

Tuition is $3000 per course, and is due no later than 1 week prior to the first class. Students are responsible for obtaining all text material. A list of all required text materials will be posted on the web site so students will have ample opportunity to obtain the required material.

A small program is required to connect to the online classes. Students are responsible for obtaining this software. A link to download the software will be provided in the near future.

The on-line program is fully accredited allowing students to receive financial aid if they quality. To date, thousands of enrollees have been taught in a variety of available on-line courses. The on-line courses mirror the on-ground courses and are based upon program standardized syllabi and have the same course titles, numbers, course descriptions, and objectives.
